Haven't had any problems with extracting DATA files using s4pe, although I've read that others have problems. Glad to help and glad you got it working for ya' Can you suggest me some way (or tool) to extract the DATA files with the correct instance?
I couldn't find a way to extract the DATA files as well without having to use S4PE which messes up their instance when extracted. I'm attaching the file of the custom trait, so you can have a look at it and tell me what I'm getting wrong^^ xml file (I started with the one which controls the Passionate Kiss) work properly, so I'm here to ask for someone's help. But like then, I've not been able to make the correct. Furthermore, and this is mainly the reason why I exhume this post, I've just created a new trait (the old Nymphomaniac trait has been modified into the new "Pervert" one) which has some modifications, but it should keep a feature I wanted in the old one: sims with this trait don't care about their relationship level or status to unlock ALL romantic interactions, their only concern is their mood (which will unlock the interactions in case of very bad emotions, such as Anger, Embarassment or Sadness). I've set the priority of custom buffs and whims to their maximum, but it appears the custom trait can affect just the default emotion, the blocked one, and the skill/relationship boost/decay. However, I've noticed the custom traits created don't affect whims and don't produce custom buffs at all, since the standard ones always appear over them, replacing them, but I can't understand why. So here's the problem: I've always made usage of Zerbu's BAT Factory since he uploaded it, and it was working fine. I bump again this post since I'd like to come back to modding, and I really don't know what I'm mistaking.
I would like to lower it to 1 or even 0 for Nymphomaniacs, since I don't think they should consider that a problem as soon as they're Flirty) by default the threshold required to access it while Flirty is 8. So I downloaded all the required tools and read EA's guide, but I merely understood it, due to many concepts being exposed just briefly. However, with the BAT Factory I'm somewhat limited, since, for e.g., I can't lower the availability of some interactions (like the Passionate Kiss) and things like this, for whom tuning mods are required. Using Zerbu's Buff And Trait Factory, I was able to create my own custom trait, the Nymphomaniac trait, which makes Sims think more often to romantic interactions and woohoo.
